Dear Dr. Schottenstein,
This last month whereby I have been able to see and appreciate the colors of my surroundings the way I did 20 years ago I attribute to you and your really super skills as a surgeon.
The cataract surgery that was performed on me was painless with great results to my everyday life. It has made reading possible. No longer do I misplace or misread any material that has numbers or small lettering. Added to this I notice that the flashes of light and “floaters” that were part of my daily life for some time seem to have disappeared. To you, I owe my deepest appreciation and respect. Indeed, you are like a magician.
I would be remiss if I did not mention your great staff and their care and concern. I have found it to be first class.
Very truly yours,
James J. C.
Dear Dr. Schottenstein,
I am writing to tell you how very happy I am! Thanks to you, I am now able to see again. Before the cataract operations, I could barely read, and seeing things at a distance was really difficult. Now I can read easily and see everything because everything is so clear! I can’t begin to tell you how that has changed my life!
As you know, I am 95 years old, and having my sight restored at this age is something I never thought I would get this late in life. I feel like a new man now. For the rest of my days, I will be thankful to you.
Thank you again, Dr. Schottenstein. You have literally changed my life!
Sincerely yours,
Robert Earl J.
Dear Dr. Schottenstein:
After many months of shuttling from one optical establishment to another attempting to discover exactly what caused my worsening vision your practice was recommended to me. On my first visit you diagnosed my problem as cataracts. You then showed a video which fully explained my condition and its remedy.
Now through two painless operations, the removal of the cataract and the insertion of a lens in both eyes my condition has been corrected. I am now free from more than sixty years of total dependency upon glasses. Doctor Schottenstein you and your office staff’s extremely professional medical ethics, integrity and expertise have literally added a new chapter to life. “Thank you”.
Sincerely
Charles J.
Dear Dr. Schottenstein,
I would like to say thank you for making my life brighter by performing cataract surgery on both of my eyes. Before my surgeries my world was dark and unfocused, now it is crystal clear. My son would also like to say thank you too because Mommy can now read him a bedtime story! I am truly thankful for all you have done for me!
Sincerely,
Patricia F.
Dear Dr. Schottenstein,
Thank you for the new lease on life! Before the cataract surgery, I could not drive, see at night, or even distinguish different colors. I am 62 and I am looking forward to my retirement. The freedom you have given me is priceless.
Sincerely,
Raul M.
